We’re over at Iscon Avenue on the second floor, specifically in office 208. The building is near Choice on C.G. Road in Navrangpura. It’s a pretty central location, so getting here isn't too difficult for most people in Ahmedabad. Banyantree Consultancy Services LLP has been operating from this spot for a bit now. C.G. Road is always busy, but once you get up to the second floor, it’s a bit calmer. Our office isn't very big. We have enough room for a few desks and a place to sit and talk. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or a high-tech kitchen. It’s just a place where we come to work. We spend most of our time on the phone or working through documents. Consulting can be a bit dry sometimes, but we try to keep things grounded. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using a lot of jargon. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days we have a lot of work and other days it’s a bit quieter. We just take things as they come. Being in Navrangpura is good because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. We’ve grown fond of this little corner of the city. We just show up every morning, do what needs doing, and try to stay organized. It’s a straightforward way to run things without any unnecessary stress.
