Our office is at 51, Shaival Complex, right across from the Rajpath Club. It is a busy area because of the Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Highway. You can always hear the traffic hum in the background, even with the windows shut. We have a few rooms here where we handle all our business. It’s not a huge space, but it fits us just fine. We have some shelves filled with samples and boxes that we haven't found a permanent spot for yet. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls and checking emails. The light in the office is a bit dim in the corners, but we have some good lamps. Balsam Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good while. People usually know us by the landmark of the club across the street. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. If you walk in, you’ll probably see one of us sorting through invoices or talking to a supplier. The highway makes it easy for people to reach us, though the parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. We usually get our chai from the guy who comes around with a kettle. We focus on getting the orders processed and making sure the paperwork is filed correctly. It is straightforward work. We don't try to make it seem like more than it is. It’s just us here working through the stack of files.
