Our office is at 16 Virnagar Society, right near the Bhimjipura Cross Road. It’s a local spot in Nava Wadaj, so it feels more like a neighborhood than a big business district. Baldi Services Pvt Ltd is run out of this space on Kiranpark Road. It’s a quiet enough area, though the cross road gets a bit hectic during rush hour. We have a small team here. We mostly just handle the daily service tasks that come our way. The building is simple, nothing fancy about it. We’ve got a couple of desks and a place to sit when we aren’t out on a job. Most of the neighbors know us by now. We’ve been at this location for a good bit. Sometimes people just walk in to ask a question because they saw the sign. We try to keep things honest and just do the work. There’s no big marketing team here, just us answering the phones and keeping track of the schedule. We spend a lot of time coordinating things between different sites. Nava Wadaj is a good place to be based. It’s central enough for us to get around. We like the pace here. It’s not too fast, but we stay busy. Every morning starts with a quick talk about what needs to be done that day. Then we just get to it. That’s how we operate at Virnagar Society. It is just regular work for regular people.
