Bajpai Valves Industries

We've been at 37 Somnath Estate for a while now. Most people know the area behind Vepari Maha Mandal in the Odhav GIDC. It's a busy spot on Road No. 52, and we spend most of our days working on different kinds of valves. It isn’t fancy here. It’s a workshop where we get things done. We started Bajpai Valves Industries because we knew how to make these parts and there was a need for them nearby. Sometimes the noise from the GIDC gets a bit much but that's just how it is in this part of town. We have a small team. Everyone knows their job. We don’t spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty on paper. We just focus on the metal and the machining. People come by the estate looking for us, and usually, they find us by the sound of the machines or asking the neighbors. It's a straightforward setup. We make the valves, check them, and get them out to the people who ordered them. There's no big office with coffee machines or anything like that. Just the floor and the tools we use every day. If you are coming down Road No. 52, you'll see us there among the other units. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and keep working through the orders. We’ve seen the area change over the years, more buildings going up, but the work stays the same.
