We are located up on the 8th floor of Ashoka Chambers. If you find yourself near Lions Hall in the Mithakhali area, you are basically right at our doorstep. The elevator in this building can be a bit slow and cranky sometimes, so you have to be patient if you are coming up to see us. Our office space is mostly full of old site plans and stacks of property records that we have collected over many years. Developing land is not nearly as quick as most people think it is; it takes a lot of waiting around and talking to many different people. We spend our mornings on the phone or having meetings with folks about different plots and various government permits. Mithakhali is such a busy part of the city, so there is always some kind of noise or activity happening right outside our window. We are not some massive corporation with a fancy lobby full of marble and art. It is just a practical office where we get our daily work done. Sometimes we have to drive all the way out to the outskirts to check on a piece of land, which can take up the entire day. We deal with all kinds of property issues, some are very easy and others take months to sort out. It is just the nature of the business. We try to be straight with people about what can happen.
