Avishkar Buildcon Llp

We have been working out of Narayan Chambers for quite a while now, up on the third floor behind the Patang Hotel on Ashram Road. It is a busy spot in this part of town, but we like being in the middle of everything. Avishkar Buildcon Llp is basically just us doing construction and real estate work every day. Most of our mornings start with a lot of phone calls and checking on various building sites across the city. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork sorted and meet with folks who have questions about their projects. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to building. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, especially when there is a deadline coming up or materials are running late, but that is just how this business goes. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone we work with. No one here is trying to be a big corporate executive; we just want to make sure the walls go up straight and the roofs do not leak. It is a lot of coordination between the architects, the guys on the ground, and the people buying the spaces. Ashram Road is always crowded, so getting in and out for meetings can be a real pain, but being centrally located helps us stay on top of things. If you are looking for us, we are in rooms 19, 20, and 21. Just head up the stairs or take the lift. We are usually around.
