Avani Plast

Avani Plast is tucked away in the Vikas Industrial Estate, specifically at unit 125. We are quite close to the Anil Starch Mill on Anil Mill Road in Bapunagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of Ahmedabad, you know it’s a real industrial hub. The air often smells like the starch mill and there is always a layer of grit on the windows from the nearby factories. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a sturdy industrial unit where we keep the machines running. We start early, usually before the sun gets too hot. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, making it a bit of a trek to get to the main gate. Inside, it’s noisy with the sound of plastic being processed and workers shouting over the din. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. We just have our address and a small door that stays open most of the day for ventilation. Most of our neighbors are also in manufacturing, so there’s a shared sense of just getting the job done. We’ve got some old fans that wobble a bit and a small corner for keeping our bags and lunch boxes. It’s a practical place for practical work. We’ve been in Bapunagar for a long time and we like the grit of the area. There is always a lot of work to be done and not much time for anything else.
