Auroma Lifescience is located over in Ambawadi, right across from Doctor House Lane. If you know the area, you know Anand Mangal-3 is where we have our office on the seventh floor. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in. Our day usually starts with checking what came in the day before. We deal with lifescience products, which means a lot of technical names and specific storage needs. We aren't a giant corporation with fancy lobbies. It’s just a few of us making sure the logistics work out. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and clients. It's a lot of coordination. People around here know us as the place to get their specific supplies without a lot of fuss. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on getting the right items to the right people. Dealing with lifescience stuff requires a bit of attention to detail, so we try not to rush things too much. It’s a quiet office mostly, except when the phones start ringing all at once. We like being in Ambawadi because it’s easy for people to find us. Most of our day is just regular office work, keeping track of inventory, and making sure the billing is right. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we know most of our regular customers by name. It feels like home.
