Astha Multi Speciality Dental Clinic is situated in Bazma Plaza at the Jamalpur Cross Road. If you know Jamalpur, you know how busy that intersection can get. There’s always a lot of honking and people moving about. Our clinic is right in the middle of all that action. Inside, we try to keep things a bit quieter, but the sounds of the city still filter in through the door. The space is divided into a couple of rooms for the different chairs we have. We don't have a lot of glossy posters or marketing materials. Most of what’s on the walls is just functional stuff or the occasional calendar. We spend our mornings getting everything sterilized and making sure the water lines are working right. It’s a lot of maintenance work that people don’t usually see. We don’t have a big staff, so we end up doing most of the chores ourselves. The chairs are a bit older, but they work just fine for what we need. We see people from all over the Jamalpur area. It’s a practical place, and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything other than a local dental office. We aren't part of some big chain. We’re just here at the cross road, day after day, keeping the clinic open for whoever needs us to take a look at their teeth, even when the traffic outside is at its worst. We just get on with it.
