Our place is up on the eighth floor of the Madhuban Building near the Madalpur Under Bridge in Ellisbridge. Being that high up gives us a decent view of the Ahmedabad traffic down below, which is usually stuck. ASTHA DEVELOPERS AND ORGANISORS LLP is a team that focuses on building and organizing various land projects. It can get pretty hectic in the office especially when we have several things going on at once. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the local authorities and getting all the right papers signed for our developments. The Madhuban building is an older spot but it is right in the middle of everything which makes it easy for our partners to drop by. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of people who know the local real estate market well. Construction is a tough business and there are always surprises popping up that we have to handle. Sometimes it is the weather or a shortage of labor but we just take it one day at a time. We have been in the Ellisbridge area for quite a while now and we like being part of the local community here. Most of our work comes from people we have known for years. We just focus on our current projects and try to keep everything moving forward as best as we can without making things too complicated for anyone.
