Capital Hardware

We are located in B Block, G-95 at the Ashtavinayak Complex, right across from the Dariyapur Gate. It is a busy part of town and the traffic can be a nightmare during the afternoons. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of hardware. If you are looking for a specific screw or a particular tool, it might take us a minute to dig it out from the back, but we usually have it. The shelves are a bit dusty and the aisles are narrow because we try to stock as much as possible. We have been here at this location for years, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Dariyapur Gate is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We get all kinds of customers, from people trying to fix a leaky pipe at home to contractors working on big building sites. It is a noisy, fast-paced environment and we are usually juggling three things at once. We do not have a fancy computer system for everything; a lot of it is just written down or kept in our heads. Sometimes we lose a pen or cannot find the tape measure, but that is just how it goes in a hardware store. It is hard work, lifting heavy boxes and climbing ladders all day, but we like being part of the local trade. It is just us, doing what we can to help folks get what they need.
