We are located in National Chambers on the first floor, occupying units 25 and 26. This building is right on Ashram Road, which is pretty much the main hub for this kind of work in Ahmedabad. Our office is split across those two rooms. One side is where we keep all the records and the computers, and the other side is where we sit down and talk with anyone who comes by. It’s a bit of an old-school setup. We don’t have any of those modern open-plan offices you see in magazines. There are walls and doors and plenty of privacy for talking about financial matters. We’ve been here for quite a while, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with tax season to worry about that. We handle a lot of different things, from basic bookkeeping to more complex audit work. It’s just a regular job for us, and we try to do it as honestly as we can. The building has a lot of other offices too, so there is always people coming and going in the hallways. We don’t try to impress anyone with a big reception or fancy coffee machines. We just provide a place where you can get your accounts sorted without any unnecessary fuss or long-winded explanations. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done and keeps us busy.
