Mehta Exim Ahmedabad

Mehta Exim is located right where Mehta Sweets is, on Ashram Road near the V. S. Hospital. It is a bit of an unusual spot for an export-import business since most people come here for the food, but it works for us. We share the space, so there is always the smell of snacks and sweets in the air, which is not a bad thing at all. Ashram Road is always buzzing, especially with the hospital so close by. There is never a quiet moment. We handle all the exim paperwork from a small office area tucked away in the building. It is a family-run kind of feel. Sometimes customers for the sweets shop wander into our section by mistake, and we have to point them back toward the counters. We spend our day managing shipments and talking to suppliers while the city moves fast outside our doors. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up. We do not have a fancy corporate logo on every wall. It is just us, some computers, and a lot of ledgers. It is a very grounded place to work. Being in a well-known spot like Mehta Sweets makes it easy to tell people where we are. We just focus on our work and enjoy being in such a lively part of Ahmedabad.
