Marks Exports

Our office is located in the Hemkoot Building, right in the B-1 section on Ashram Road. It’s a very central spot, directly across from the Capital Commercial Centre. Because it's a main road, there’s always a lot of noise and activity outside our windows. We focus on exports, dealing with various items that need to go overseas. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and samples stored everywhere. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't use any marketing speak or have a big mission statement. We just show up every day and make sure the shipments are moving. The building is an older one, so the elevators are a bit slow, but we don't mind the wait. We spend a lot of time on the telephone, coordinating with shipping agents and local suppliers. Sometimes we have to stay late into the evening to finish the customs paperwork, especially when there’s a deadline. There is a small café nearby where we get our snacks. We don't try to be a fancy corporate office; we just want to get the job done right without any fuss. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know we just handle things honestly. It’s a busy, practical life in the heart of the city where we keep things simple and focus on the export tasks.
