Our office is located in Sakar-7, right at the Nehru Bridge Corner on Ashram Road. It’s a well-known building in a very busy part of the city. We’ve been working from suite 351 for quite some time. Being on Ashram Road means we are right in the middle of everything, which makes it easier for people to drop by. We focus on export trade. Our day usually starts with checking emails from clients abroad and then spending hours on the phone with the ports. It’s a fast-paced environment, especially with the traffic noise from the bridge outside. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a small, dedicated team here. We’ve had our share of tough times when the economy shifts, but we’ve managed to stay afloat by being careful with our overheads. The office has a good view of the river, though we’re usually too busy with spreadsheets to look out the window much. We value honesty in our work. If there's a problem with a shipment, we just deal with it head-on. No point in hiding things. We’ve built a decent reputation over the years just by showing up every day and getting the logistics sorted out for our customers. It’s a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the tea arrives cold, but we keep working through it till the sun goes down.
