You can find us at Sahkari Lati Bazar-1, which is quite close to the ST Stand near Jagannathji Road. We are Ashirwad Furniture Traders, though some people around here just call us Ashirwad Traders. Being near Geeta Mandir means there is always a lot of foot traffic and people traveling through, so the area is very lively. Our business is focused on furniture trading, which means we deal with a lot of different pieces coming in and going out. The Lati Bazar is a traditional place for this kind of work, and we’ve been part of it for many years. It isn’t a polished environment. There are stacks of wood, half-finished pieces, and plenty of tools around. We spend our days negotiating with suppliers and helping customers find something that fits their budget. It’s a very practical business. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations for the shop because we’d rather focus on having the right items in stock. The noise from the bus stand and the temple area is just part of the background music for us. We know the local guys who help with loading the trucks and the regulars who come in for repairs or new items. It’s a busy, sometimes messy life, but we like being in the heart of the city where all the action is. We just try to be fair and do a good job every day.
