Ashapura Volclay Ltd.

Our office is located at 3, Padma Chambers, right on the first floor. We are part of the Ashapura Group of Industries, situated in the Ellisbridge area of Ahmedabad. If you look out the window, you can see Gandhigram Railway Station right across from us. The sound of the trains and the people rushing to catch them is just part of our daily background noise. It’s a busy part of town, 380009, and finding parking can be a real headache some days. Inside the office, things are pretty standard. We have desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of papers that seem to never end. We deal with a lot of different things under the Ashapura name, so there’s always someone on the phone or a meeting happening in the small room at the back. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with modern furniture; it feels more like a place where real work happens. The building is older, which gives it a bit of character, though the stairs can be tiring when the elevator is acting up. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. Most of us know the tea stall downstairs pretty well. We spend our eight or nine hours here, doing what needs to be done, and then we head home like everyone else in Ahmedabad. Ashapura Volclay Ltd. is just one of the busy offices here near the tracks.
