Jay Mangal Realities is located at C.s No 4585/1. It’s a specific spot we’ve called home for a bit now. We don’t have a flashy storefront with neon signs or any of that. Instead, we focus on the actual work of real estate and land. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with property. We get a lot of questions about different parcels of land in this area. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, and our desks usually show it with stacks of files everywhere. We’re not the type to wear suits every day unless we really have to for a meeting. Most of the time, we’re just in regular clothes, drinking tea and looking over maps of the area. This business started small and stayed that way on purpose because we like the control. We like knowing exactly what’s happening with every client and every plot. If you come by, you’ll probably see us arguing over a site plan or checking the latest local rules from the city. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s what we know and what we’re good at. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our window over the years. It’s interesting to see new things go up while we work on our own small part of the industry. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
