Our office is situated at Shop No. 4 on the 3rd floor of the Unique Metropolis building. We are right opposite R.C Technical in the Sola area, specifically near Bhagwat and the Prasang Party Plot on College Road. It’s a bit of a trek up to the third floor, but the building is well-known in this part of town. We’ve been here for a while now, focusing on the local infrastructure and space requirements. Our day usually starts with a lot of coffee and a look at the current projects around College Road. We aren't a big, flashy firm. Our office is mostly filled with blueprints, site maps, and a lot of folders. We spend quite a bit of time out of the office too, visiting different sites in Sola to see how things are progressing. It’s a lot of physical work, walking around in the sun and checking on details. We don't use much marketing talk because we prefer to just show people what’s actually being built. The area near the party plot gets quite loud on wedding nights, but during the day it’s a good place to work. We have a small team of people who just want to get the job done. We deal with all sorts of people, from contractors to families. It’s a mix of office work and field work that keeps us busy from morning till night. We’re just local people working on local spaces, nothing more than that.
