Arvind Envisol Pvt. Ltd. operates right inside the Arvind Limited Premises on Naroda Road. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history. We spend our time working on water treatment and environmental solutions. It’s basically about cleaning up water so it can be used again. We have a mix of people here, some who have been in the industry for decades and some younger folks learning the ropes. The Naroda Road area is always humming with activity, and our office is no different. We have blueprints scattered on tables and people arguing over pipe sizes or flow rates. It’s not a quiet place. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a fountain. Instead, we have shelves full of files and old project reports. We just focus on the engineering side of things. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the work a bit harder, but we keep the fans going and stay on task. We take our lunches together in the break area and talk about things other than work. It’s a decent place to be. We aren't trying to change the world in a day, we just want to get the current project right for the client. We've been here for a while and plan to stay, just doing the work as it comes and keeping our heads down. The walk to the gate from the office can be long, but it’s good to get some air.
