We are over here in Ahmedabad, specifically on the fourth floor of the Aakar-III complex in the Navrangpura area. It is a pretty busy spot right near the Swastik 4 Road and the Rajiv House. Arrow Staffing is just a small group of us trying to help people find work and helping local businesses find the staff they need to keep going. It is not always easy work, to be honest. Some of our days are just filled with endless phone calls and staring at resumes until our eyes start to hurt. We have been at this office in Smruti Kunj Society for a while now, so we have gotten used to the noise of the city outside. Most people know the area because of the Shrimali Society right nearby. We handle a lot of different kinds of roles, mostly just trying to find a decent match for the person and the job. We do not have any fancy coffee machines or a big lobby, just some desks and computers and a lot of filing cabinets. Navrangpura is a good place for an office because there is always something happening outside. We spend most of our time talking to people who are looking for a break or businesses that are short-handed. It is a lot of back and forth, and sometimes it takes a long time to get it right. That is just how the staffing business goes for us every day.
