Arkin

Arkin is located in office 325 of the Akshar Arcade in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. We are quite close to Vijay Cross Road, and if you’re looking for a landmark, we are right opposite the Memnagar Fire Station. It’s a busy part of the city, and the arcade is usually full of people going about their business. We focus on coaching for design and architecture entrance exams. Our space is filled with drawing tables, stools, and lots of sketches. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the paper and pencils, but that’s just how we work. We aren’t a big, polished corporate entity; we’re just a local group of people who know a lot about design. Navrangpura is a great place to be because there are so many students around, though parking can be a real struggle near Vijay Cross Road. We’ve been here for years, and our routine is pretty much the same every day—helping students improve their drawing and thinking skills. It’s a practical environment without any unnecessary frills. We like being in the middle of all the action in Ahmedabad. Most of our days are spent in the classroom, looking at portfolios and talking about design basics. It’s a simple, honest way to help the next generation of designers. It’s been our routine for a long time. We just show up and do the work day in and day out. No big fuss.
