We have been working out of the Capital building for a good while now. It is right across from the Hetarth Party Plot here in Ahmedabad. Mostly we handle property stuff, buying and selling mainly. The office is on the ninth floor, specifically room B-901. It gets pretty busy during the week with people coming in and out, but we try to keep things organized. Usually, there is someone here from early morning until late evening. We do not really have a big fancy reception or anything like that. Just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. Most people find us through word of mouth or they just see the sign when they are passing by. Gujarat is growing really fast and there are always new buildings going up around us. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at site visits looking at plots and apartments. It is hard work and sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy with all the regulations, but that is just how it goes in this business. We know the local area well since we are right here in the mix of things. If you are looking for us, the party plot is the easiest landmark to find. Sometimes traffic is bad near Science City Road but usually, it is okay. We do not do much advertising. We just focus on the work right in front of us each day. It is a small team, just a few of us trying to make sure things get done.
