We’ve got our setup at 21/1 in the Pancharatna Industrial Estate. It’s right near the Ramol-Vatva area, which is a big hub for this kind of work in Ahmedabad. At Arihant Panel Fittings Pvt.Ltd., we deal with fittings for electrical panels. It’s the kind of hardware that isn't very exciting to look at but is necessary for everything to work right. Our space is basically a warehouse with some office desks tucked into the corner. We spend most of our time counting out small parts and packing them into bags. It’s repetitive, but it’s what we do. The industrial estate is usually buzzing with activity, so there’s always a lot of background noise from neighboring units. We have a small group of people working here. Some handle the sales calls and others are in the back moving crates. We don't have a big corporate structure. If someone needs something, they usually just call and talk to one of us directly. We try to keep our inventory sorted, though it’s a constant battle with all the different sizes of fittings we carry. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially during the monsoon, but we manage to get our deliveries out. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay busy and keep the customers satisfied with the parts they need for their panels. The Ahmedabad heat can be pretty tough, so we usually have a few coolers running in the warehouse space to keep things moving.
