Argos Buildspace Llp

Argos Buildspace Llp is located at number 22 in the Nathalal Muldas Society. We’re right on the Sardar Patel Stadium Road. It’s a great spot except for when there’s a big cricket match on. Then, the whole road gets blocked and we can barely get to the office. The society itself is quite old and has a very traditional feel to it. We handle building and space development, which basically means we spend our days looking at land and figuring out how to put buildings on it. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are overflowing with old records. It’s a small team, just me and a couple of colleagues who have been in the construction game for decades. We know most of the local suppliers and contractors by their first names. We don’t bother with fancy marketing or anything. Our work usually comes from word of mouth or people seeing our signs at construction sites. The office has a bit of a draft in the winter, but we have a small heater that keeps us warm enough. We’re just regular people trying to build things that will last. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things go wrong, but we always find a way to fix them and keep moving forward. We enjoy the local atmosphere here and wouldn't want to move our office anywhere else right now. It's a solid place to base our business.
