S R Buildcon

You can find S R Buildcon over in Parvati Nagar. This office serves as our main base for managing our different projects. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s not as hectic as being right on a main highway. We like it that way because it feels more like being part of a neighborhood. We don’t have a big flashy showroom. Our office is just a place where we sit down with our notebooks and calculators to figure things out. We take care of all the planning and the hiring from here. There is always a lot to do, between checking on the foundations and making sure the finishing work is looking okay. We have a crew that has been with us for a long time, so we trust each other. We don't go in for all that corporate talk about visions and missions. We just want to build houses and shops that stay standing and make people happy. Sometimes we’re in the office all day, and other times the place is empty because we are all out on site. If you drop by and the door is locked, we are probably just around the corner at one of the projects. We try to keep our overheads low so we can focus on the actual building work. It’s a practical way of doing things and it has served us well so far in Parvati Nagar.
