We’ve been here at G-2 in Parul Flats for a long time now. Satellite Road is always busy, but once you step inside our ground floor space, things quiet down a bit. There’s usually a lot of paper everywhere, drawings spread out on the big tables, and the sound of fans humming. It isn’t a fancy office with glass walls, just a practical place where we get our work done. Most days, we’re just sitting here looking at plans or talking to people who drop by with questions about their projects. The light comes in through the windows in the morning, and we usually have tea around eleven. Archana and the rest of us have gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, especially during rush hour, but we just keep our heads down. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. It's a small team, so everyone knows what’s going on with every project. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and making sure the lines on the paper match what’s supposed to happen on the site. It’s mostly just hard work and a lot of sitting in front of computers or drawing boards. We’ve seen the area around Parul Flats change a lot over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. It’s comfortable and it works for us.
