ARAIYA BUILDCON LLP

You can find the ARAIYA BUILDCON LLP office over in the Vastrapur area of Ahmedabad. We are located in the building called The First, specifically in suite C 1209. It is tucked behind the ITC Hotel and is right beside the Keshavbaug Party Plot. Being up on the twelfth floor gives us a bit of a view of the city, though most of us are usually too busy to look out the window much. The building is one of those newer ones with lots of glass and metal everywhere. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for when people drop by to talk about building work. It gets a bit crowded in here when the guys come in from the construction sites at the same time. The elevators can be a real wait during the lunch hour, which is just part of being in a big building like this. We do most of our layout work and all our phone calls from this office. It is a decent spot because it is central and most people know the landmarks nearby. We aren't big on fancy decorations, so the walls are mostly covered with calendars and scribbled project notes. It feels like a real workspace rather than a showroom. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold and other times it is just right. We have been operating out of this Vastrapur office for a while now and it suits what we do. It is just a place where we handle the day-to-day business and keep the projects moving along.
