Anukul Furniture Pvt Ltd (Ellisbridge Doctor House

We are based out of B-12 in Doctor House, which is right near Parimal Crossing in the Ellisbridge area. Anukul Furniture Pvt Ltd has been in this spot for a long time. Being in a building called Doctor House is a bit funny since we deal with chairs and desks rather than stethoscopes, but everyone in the neighborhood knows where it is. Our space is usually filled with the smell of wood and sometimes a bit of polish. It is not a massive warehouse, just our local office and a place where we can show people what we have. We spend most of the day talking to people about what kind of table they need or why a certain chair might be better for their back. It is simple work, really. We see a lot of people coming in and out of the building since there are many other offices here. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. The team here is small, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just sell furniture and try to make sure it gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes there is a delay with a shipment or a piece doesn't fit right through a door, and we have to figure it out on the fly. That is just how the furniture business is. Our office door tends to squeak a bit when it is humid.
