You can find Anuj Traders up on the 7th floor of Hasubhai Chambers. We are right near the Town Hall in Ellisbridge. It’s an old part of the city but it has a lot of character. Being on the 7th floor means we have to wait for the lift sometimes, which can be slow during lunch hours. The office is full of ledgers and samples because that’s the trading life. We handle various goods and talk to suppliers all day. Ellisbridge is a busy area with a lot of traffic, but it’s easy for people to find us since the Town Hall is a famous landmark. We’ve been in Hasubhai Chambers for a long time. The office doesn't have fancy modern furniture, just the desks and chairs we’ve used for years. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff coming in, but we make it work. We are just a small team here. Most of us have been working together for ages. We know the tea stall guy downstairs and the other business owners in the building. It’s a very traditional way of working. No fancy software or corporate jargon. We just buy and sell and keep our accounts straight. It's a simple life in a busy building. We like the view from the 7th floor, even if it's just other rooftops and the sound of traffic. Most evenings we stay late to finish the books.
