Anil Electricals (Gandhi Road-Pada Pole)

Anil Electricals is up on the first floor at Pada Pole on Gandhi Road. We are right above the old Shreyas STD booth, which most people around here still remember even though people don’t use STD booths much anymore. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs, so we don't get as many random walkers as the shops on the ground floor. But our regulars know the way. The building is 1881, and it has that old feel to it, with narrow hallways and a bit of a squeaky door. Gandhi Road is always loud with honking and people shouting, but inside the shop, it’s mostly just us organizing the switches and wires. We've been here for years, and the walls are covered in old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over time. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. There are piles of stuff everywhere. My father started this, and now I’m the one looking after things. We don't do any big marketing. We just rely on the fact that we've been in Pada Pole long enough for people to trust us. If someone needs a specific part for an old fan, we usually have it hidden in a drawer somewhere. It’s just a normal, everyday shop where we try to get things right and keep the customers happy without making a big fuss about it. That's about all there is to it, really. It’s just us up here on the first floor.
