We set up Akash Developers right here at Akash Grand City on the Naroda Dehgam Road. It made sense to have our main spot where the work is actually happening. Naroda Dehgam Road is a busy stretch, and there is always something going on outside. Our days usually start early with a lot of phone calls to suppliers and workers. Construction is a messy business, and our office often reflects that with stacks of paper and samples of tiles or bricks everywhere. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy uniform. Usually, it's just one of us answering the door or the phone while trying to finish something else. It’s a practical way to run things. People stop by to ask about the units or just to see how the progress is going. We tell them the truth about the timeline, even if it’s not what they want to hear. Building takes time, and rushing it just causes problems later. The dust from the road and the site is a constant battle, but you get used to it. We like being based in this part of town because it feels like things are moving forward. It’s not a glamorous job, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a building go up from nothing. We just keep working through the list of tasks every day. It is hard work, but we are used to the grind of it now.
