Anant Electronics Mfg Co is tucked away in Soni Ni Wadi, right near the Central Bank in the Raipur Chakla area. If you know Raipur, you know it’s a tight spot with lots of small businesses. We’ve been here for quite some years. Our space is filled with components, soldering irons, and boards. It’s not the cleanest looking place because we are always in the middle of making something. We do manufacturing, so there is always a bit of a mess with wires and scraps. The area gets really busy during the day, especially being so close to the bank. People are always walking past our door. We aren't a big factory, just a small manufacturing unit where we do things by hand mostly. It takes time, but that’s how we like to work. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking around Raipur Chakla, so we just walk or take a rickshaw. My father started this under the name Anant, and we just kept the name going. We don’t have a website or any of that. If people want to find us, they just come to the wadi. It’s a local thing. We know the other shop owners around here, and we help each other out when someone needs a tool or something. It’s a good community to be a part of. We just focus on the electronics and making sure they work before they leave the shop. Soni Ni Wadi is a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here, but once you find the Central Bank, you're almost there. We have some old wooden benches where we sit for lunch. We don't have a sales team.
