Relic Property Development Private Limited is based over at Sangani Dev Atlier, right across from Dev Aurum. It is a decent area with a lot of other businesses around. Even though the name sounds a bit official, we are actually a pretty down-to-earth group. Our office is usually full of chatter and the sound of phones ringing. We handle property development, which basically means we spend our lives looking at land and trying to figure out what to put on it. It is a lot of math and a lot of talking. We have our regulars who drop by just to say hello or check on how things are going. We have been at this for a while and have seen the market go up and down. We do not get too worried about the fancy trends. We just focus on building things that people actually need. Our office is not anything special, just some desks and some computers and a lot of files from old projects. We like being in this building because it is central and easy for people to get to. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the paperwork, but the actual building part usually goes okay. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to provide some decent properties for people. It is a living, and we are glad to be doing it here. That is pretty much the whole story.
