Our place is located at 31, Bhalkeshwar Society, which is quite close to the Madrasi Temple in Khokhra. Being near a temple means there is always some activity in the area, which is nice. Anand Induction Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle various alloy works using induction furnaces. It’s a specialized kind of job, and it definitely keeps the place warm. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we have everything we need inside. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and most people around here know who we are. The work involves a lot of monitoring the temperatures and making sure the mixes are just right. It’s a bit of a science, but we’ve done it long enough that it feels like second nature now. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure the production stays on track. Sometimes the equipment needs a bit of tinkering to keep it running smooth, so there is always a wrench or a screwdriver lying around somewhere. We spend our days mostly on the shop floor rather than in the office. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved, and the floor is usually covered in industrial dust. We just focus on getting through the orders we have and making sure the metal is poured correctly. It’s a regular, hardworking shop with no frills. We like it that way.
