Shiv Shakti Associates

We handle a lot of different things here at Shiv Shakti Associates. It's mostly office work, dealing with files and talking to people who come in needing some help with their paperwork. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just a desk and some chairs. Some days are really quiet and we just sit around drinking tea and catching up on the news, and other days it feels like everyone needs something at the exact same time. It’s hard to keep track of all the folders sometimes. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, just trying to help people figure out the stuff they don't want to do themselves. It’s not flashy work, but it’s what we know. You get to meet a lot of different characters in this line of business. Everyone has a different problem they’re trying to solve. We just listen and see what we can do to get things moving. The fan in the office makes a bit of a clicking sound that drives me crazy sometimes, but you get used to it. We don't really do much advertising because most people find us through someone they know. It’s a small operation. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and see who walks through the door. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We aren't trying to be huge, just consistent with what we do every day.
