Bhavani Plast Mould

We are located at I-1 Anup Estate, inside Om Society, right on National Highway No. 8. Being so close to the highway means we hear the constant roar of trucks and buses passing by at all hours. Bhavani Plast Mould is where we deal with all things plastic and the molds used to make them. The estate is a bit cramped, so we have to be careful how we stack the finished pieces. The smell of hot plastic is something you just live with in this line of work. We have these big, heavy metal molds that take a lot of effort to move around. It’s a lot of standing and watching the machines to make sure everything comes out the right shape. If the temperature isn't just right, the plastic acts up. We’ve learned that through trial and error over many years. The office part is just a small desk in the corner with a lot of papers on it. We don't spend much time there anyway. We’d rather be on the floor seeing how the molds are holding up. Anup Estate is a busy little hub, and we fit right in with the other shops. It’s not a quiet life, but it’s what we do. We just keep the production going and try to stay ahead of the dust that blows in from the highway.
