Atex Industries

Our business, Atex Industries, is located at No. 28 in the Laxmi Cooperative Industrial Estate. We are right in Amraiwadi, directly opposite the Mathur Master Estate. It’s a busy industrial pocket where everyone is focused on their own production. We’ve been operating from this unit for several years. The space isn't huge, but we make the most of every square foot we have. Every morning begins with rolling up the heavy shutters and letting the air in. The sounds of the other units starting their machines fill the air pretty quickly. It’s a hardworking neighborhood. We don't have fancy signage or a big lobby. Most of the people we see are regulars or delivery drivers. We keep our tools and materials organized as best as we can, though things can get a bit messy during a big job. We have a small staff who have been with us through plenty of ups and downs. We take our tea breaks together sitting on whatever is available. It’s a grounded way to work. The traffic in Amraiwadi can be a bit much in the evenings, so we usually try to get our logistics sorted out earlier in the day. We are just a local industry doing what we know how to do. There are no corporate scripts here. We just talk plain and get the orders out. It’s been our home for a long time.
