AMICIS ESTATE DEVELOPMENT LLP

We have our office set up at 11 Shridhar Bungalows in the Daskroi area of Ahmedabad. It is near the Royal Kadam Bungalows, which is a quiet residential spot. Unlike the busy offices in the middle of the city, it is actually quite calm around here. You can hear the birds in the morning, which is a nice change from the traffic noise. The office itself is part of the bungalow, so it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have got a few desks pushed together and some chairs that have seen better days. We have been working from this Daskroi location for a while now. It is a good place to sit and think about estate development without all the distractions of the downtown area. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the day-to-day stuff like getting permits and talking to contractors. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello while we are outside. It is a very local way of doing things. We know the land around here pretty well because we live and work in the same neighborhood. Our days are mostly filled with phone calls and looking at property drawings. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening most days of the week. We just focus on one thing at a time and try to keep everything moving forward.
