It’s just a practical room where we keep our records and meet with people. We spend a lot of our time managing the day-to-day things that come with a residency. That means dealing with maintenance, checking on the gardens, and making sure the paperwork for the residents is in order. We also handle some construction oversight when there are repairs or upgrades needed. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. If you want to talk to us, you just come by the office and we’ll have a chat. We aren't always perfectly organized, and sometimes the desk is buried under a mountain of invoices, but we know where everything is. The area around Abhishree Corporate Park is usually humming with activity, especially during the day. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. We just take things as they come and try to keep everything running as smoothly as we can. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy it.
