Saanvi Nirman Properties Llp has been based on Ambli Bopal Road for a while now. If you know the area, we are right opposite the Amrutbaug Party Plot. It gets quite busy around here during wedding season, but usually, it's a nice spot. Harmitage Bunglow is also just nearby. We mostly spend our days dealing with paperwork and meeting people who drop by the office to ask about land or houses. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we do our work. The road outside has seen a lot of changes over the last few years. More shops are opening up and traffic has definitely increased. We like being in this part of town because everything is accessible. You can find us easily because of the landmarks. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time giving directions than anything else, but that’s just how it is. We have a small team here. We keep things pretty simple. No big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, do the job, and go home. The office gets a bit dusty with the road construction nearby, but we keep it tidy enough. Most people who come in are local folks from around the neighborhood. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. If you’re driving down Ambli Bopal Road, you’ll see our sign near the party plot. We are usually here from morning until the evening. It is a good place to work.
