You can find us at the Entice building, right near the Jentilal Park BRTS bus station on the Ambali-Bopal Road. It’s a very convenient spot since the buses run right past us all day. At Marutinandan Developers, we don't really go for all the corporate fluff. Our office is a working space where we plan out developments and meet with people interested in what we are building. The desks are usually covered in dust from the local construction sites we visit. We have a few computers and a lot of printed maps of the Bopal area. It’s a fast-growing part of the city, so there is always plenty to do. We usually start our day quite early before the traffic on the main road gets too heavy. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the construction business well. We talk to our clients directly, no middlemen or fancy receptionists. If you want to know how a project is going, you just ask us. We tell it like it is, even if there are delays or issues with materials. That’s just how we operate. The location near the bus station makes it easy for our staff and contractors to get here. We like being right in the middle of the action on the Ambali-Bopal stretch. It’s a busy, dusty, and productive place to be. We just focus on getting the next floor built and the next project started.
