Green Impact Realities

You’ll find Green Impact Realities over by Rajpath Club Cross Road. It’s a busy intersection and there is always a lot of movement around here throughout the day. We decided to set up in this spot because it’s where everyone seems to pass through eventually. We deal with real estate in various forms. It’s not a very big office, but it serves us well for what we need. Most of the time, the phone is ringing or someone is dropping by to ask about prices in the nearby blocks. We don’t go for those polished, corporate-style meetings. We prefer just sitting down with a map of the area and talking through the options over some water or tea. The crossroad can get loud with all the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve seen this area change quite a bit over the years. New buildings come up every few months it seems. We try to keep up with all the changes so we can give people the right information when they ask. It’s a lot of keeping notes and talking to other people in the trade. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we just show them what the reality is on the ground. Whether it’s an apartment or a commercial space, we just handle the basics of the transaction. It’s a regular local business, run by people who live nearby and care about how the neighborhood turns out. We just do our best to help.
