Bakeri Urban Development Pvt. Ltd. is based in Sankalp Grace 2. We are near Sentossa Park on Mumatpura Road, just off the Ambli-Bopal BRTS Road. It’s a growing part of the city with a lot of new stuff coming up every month. We’ve been here since the building was fairly new. Being near the BRTS road makes it easy for our staff to get to work without too much stress. We focus on urban development, as the name says. It’s a busy office, but we try to keep it friendly for everyone who visits. We aren't a fan of those stiff, corporate environments. We’d rather just talk to people normally like neighbors. The area around Sentossa Park is quite nice for walks during our lunch breaks. We’ve seen a lot of changes on Mumatpura Road over the last few years. It keeps things interesting to see the city grow. We handle a lot of the planning and coordination from this office. It’s a lot of phone calls and meetings, but that’s just the nature of the job. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any of that. We just try to stay organized and get our projects done. Most of us have lived in this city our whole lives. We know what works here and what doesn't. It’s just a regular office doing regular development work. We like it this way and hope to stay here.
