Avichal Reality Private Limited is a small team working in the real estate world, but we aren't the kind of people who wear ties every day. Most of the time, we’re out looking at plots or talking to contractors about why the materials haven't arrived at the site. The area around Iscon is always buzzing with people and cars, and we’re right in the thick of it. We deal with a lot of different people, from folks looking for a small place to guys selling sand and gravel by the truckload. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of walking around. We don't have a slick presentation or a rehearsed speech to give people. If someone asks a question, we give them a straight answer based on what we see on the ground. Some days the office is a total mess of maps, tea cups, and half-finished notes. We try to keep things organized, but when three different things happen at once, it gets chaotic. That’s just the nature of the reality business here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company on the block. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that the people we deal with don't feel like they're being managed by a machine or a big corporate office. It's just us doing our best with what we have.
