Oriental Buildcon.

Our office is tucked away in the lane right opposite the Landmark Hotel. It’s not a bad spot, fairly easy to find once you get near Meghmani Farm. We’ve been operating as Oriental Buildcon for some time, mostly focusing on local construction projects that come our way. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees, just a small team trying to do honest work. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks, but we know where everything is. It gets loud around here with the traffic from the main road, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the practical side of building—talking to masons, checking deliveries, and making sure the sites are moving along. It’s not always glamorous work. There are days when nothing seems to go right with the supply chain, but we just keep pushing through. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have seen what we’ve built before. We like to keep things local. It’s easier to manage projects when they are just a short drive away. If you stop by, you might catch us having tea and discussing the next phase of a project. We’re just regular people trying to build stuff that works for the people in this neighborhood and surroundings.
