Sun Developers

You’ll find Sun Developers tucked away behind the Golden Tulip Bungalow on the Manekbaug-Shyamal Road. It’s a nice enough area, though it can get pretty busy during the school run or when people are heading home from work. Our office is a simple place where we manage our various development projects. We don’t really have a team of receptionists or anything like that. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door if we aren't already on a call. We spend most of our time dealing with the technical side of things, like permits and layouts. The space is a bit cluttered with rolls of paper and samples of materials we might use. We like the location because it’s close to a lot of our other interests and it’s a neighborhood we know well. There’s a tea stall not far away where we usually end up talking through some of the bigger problems we run into. It’s not a corporate headquarters with marble floors. It’s just a workspace. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. Sometimes the files get a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. We’ve been working from this spot for a while and it suits us fine. People know they can just drop in if they need to talk about a project, though it’s usually better if they call first since we might be out on a site visit somewhere. That is just how we operate.
