Maruti Villa Corporation

Our office is at number 7 in Navyug Society, tucked right behind C.N. Vidhyalay. It’s a quiet residential area which makes for a peaceful place to get our work done. Maruti Villa Corporation has been here for years, and we’ve become part of the local scene. Most of the time, we are busy sketching out new housing plans or checking on the progress of our current villas. The office feels more like a home than a business center, which we actually prefer. We have a few old desks and some tall filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with masonry workers and electricians. Being near the school means things get a bit busy in the mornings and afternoons, but otherwise, it’s a calm spot. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who see what we’ve built and ask who did it. We take pride in the actual houses we build rather than how our office looks. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking over site photos or drinking tea. It is a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on every detail. We just want to build solid places for people to live. It’s simple work and we enjoy doing it here.
