Lalan Properties

Lalan Properties is located near the Grand Mall, right across from the SBI Corporate Office. It’s a pretty easy place to find because the bank building is so big. We’ve been in this office for a few years now. It’s a good spot because there’s always something happening nearby. We handle property sales and rentals. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table with clients, looking at photos of houses or shops. We don't have a fancy website with drone footage. We just use our phones to take pictures and show people what’s available. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the summer when the AC struggles, but we make do with some fans. We aren't trying to be the most polished real estate firm out there. We’re just a group of people who know this neighborhood really well. We can tell you which streets get flooded when it rains and where the best local markets are. That kind of information is more useful than a glossy brochure anyway. Most of our days are spent walking around looking at properties or waiting for people to show up for viewings. We’ve had some long days and some short ones, but that’s just the nature of the property business. We keep our doors open and anyone can walk in if they have a question about a piece of land or a shop for rent. We are just regular people trying to help others find a place.
