Excel Retail Space

Our office for Excel Retail Space is on Bhudarpura Road, right across from the Asharfi outlet and the Chadavad police chowki. It’s a very busy stretch of road. There is always something going on outside our door. We focus on retail spaces, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about shops and how people move through them. The office is usually cluttered with brochures and floor plans. We aren't fancy people. We just sit at our desks and try to make things work for the people we deal with. Being near the police chowki makes the area feel safe, though the sirens can be loud sometimes. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the location. People are always popping in to ask questions while they are out shopping or running errands. We try to be helpful even if we're in the middle of something. It’s a small office, so you can hear everything that’s going on. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the local news. The road outside is always being dug up or fixed, so that’s a constant backdrop to our work day. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the neighbors. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We just keep our heads down and handle the retail side of things as best as we can without making too much of a fuss about it.
